The training helps my current job performance, and is also an investment in my future.
I started working with Landscape Solutions in 2005 on a mow crew, running a trimmer. Over the years of receiving training in most areas of the industry, I am now am an Assistant Landscape Production Manager. Landscape Solutions takes care of each member of our team and gives us many opportunities to advance.
After immigrating to the United States six years ago, I was given the opportunity to work for Landscape Solutions. I was trained and have now been with the company for five years. Since then I have become a small crew landscape supervisor. The Landscape Solutions team has become part of my family.
I enjoy working for Landscape Solutions because I get to be part of a team of people that values honesty and integrity in respect to the employees and the clients. Job Description: Duties include landscape maintenance services, including mulching, mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, edging, blowing, plant installation, and watering. Overtime hours are often required, especially during spring operations.
Landscape – Team Leader

Job Description: Duties include working with and oversite of a 3-4 man landscape crew. Management and direction of landscape installation and maintenance services, including mulching, pruning, weeding, edging, blowing, plant installation, and watering. Overtime hours are often required, especially during spring operations. This is a laborer/manager position.
