I would also like to thank our Landscape Solutions team — from our account managers who also helped fill seats in equipment during the first 72 hours, to our operators and subcontractors across central Indiana. I want to pay special thanks to our sometimes forgotten sidewalk crews. These crew members had the most difficult job of clearing walks in absolutely brutal conditions, working in temperatures as cold as 37 degrees below zero and shoveling snowdrifts up to 3 feet deep, even after multiple passes on Sunday and Monday. Thank you to the special teams formed to ensure sidewalks were open Tuesday morning so our customers to open for business as usual.

Singling out one specific person on our team is difficult, as they all performed extremely well and all went over and above, but I would like to recognize Sgt. Austin Heffelmire for hanging in there and getting the job done. I would also like to thank Austin and his fellow soldiers who recently returned from a tour in Afghanistan for doing the job asked of them in noble service to our country. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the family members of the soldiers on his team who paid the ultimate sacrifice and for all those serving this country in all branches of the military.

Thanks again to all of our customers and team members and rest assured that we at Landscape Solutions are ready for the next weather event, though they are hoping for at least a week off before anything major!

Sincerely,
